PLACE AN ORDER

To expedite orders most effectively, please Email the Purchase Order ( clearly showing your P.O. number and the Ship To/ Bill To addresses) to research@tlcstandards.com.

SHIPPING

At TLC, we strive to provide our customers with the fastest shipping possible. Our standard shipping methods are DHL or FedEx (Standard Overnight and FedEx International Priority), unless otherwise agreed. If you would like to use your own account, please state it on the purchase order. Please note that any taxes or charges imposed by governmental authorities are in addition, and on the Buyer’s account. We reserve the right to change the requested method of shipment, where applicable.

PAYMENT POLICY

Any payments by cheque should be made payable to: TLC Pharmaceutical Standards Ltd. For International accounts, payment by wire transfer is preferred. Our payment terms are Net 30 days for approved accounts only. Please note that outstanding invoices will impact subsequent shipments release.

Our prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without advance notice. Written price quotations are valid for 60 days.

OUR WARRANTY

At TLC we pride ourselves on time sensitive completion and delivery of our compounds. Each compound from TLC is warranted to meet the specifications set forth on its label and in the Certificate of Analysis (COA), as of the time of shipment. Please note if a compound falls below specifications, TLC will remedy the problem without further charges. If the problem cannot be remedied, a full refund will be provided.

OUR RETURN POLICY

In order to meet our customers’ expectations and satisfaction, the Customer Service team is available to assist you if any problems should arise with your order. Items that are proven defective or non-conforming to our specifications will be replaced at no charge, or a credit memo may be issued upon receipt of returned goods. Please note that all claims for replacement or credit must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods, and with authorization from our Customer service department. Additionally, under no circumstances shall the replacement or credit exceed the purchase price of the material. Return shipments will not be accepted without prior authorization. TLC will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty

We promise to use our best professional efforts to make the compound and to deliver on time. Each compound from TLC is warranted to meet the specifications set forth on its label and in the Certificate of Analysis (COA), as of the time of shipment from the company. In the event that a compound is ever found to fall below specifications, we will fix the problem without charge to you, or for an insolvable problem, give you your money back.

Return Policy

Our Customer Service is always available to assist you should a problem arise with your order. In meeting our customer's satisfaction, we will try to resolve each situation in an equitable manner. Items that are proven defective or non-conforming to our specifications will be replaced at no charge or, at our discretion, a credit memo will be issued upon receipt of returned goods. In no event shall the replacement or credit exceed the purchase price of the material.
